Guarantee Policy and Deposit: A $250.00 deposit is required at time of reservation of your event and is refundable in full if cancellation occurs two weeks prior to date and time of event.
A guest count guarantee must be confirmed 72 hours prior to your event. Your organization will be billed for this final guaranteed count or the actual number of plates served, whichever is greater. Sales Tax of 8.25% will be added to all invoices.
* Prices include delivery, servers, set-up, paper products including plates, napkins, and utensils and one hour serving time. Additional time or caterers requested will be billed at $20.00 per hour per caterer.
